About This Project

The size of the ground floor of this property was increased dramatically with a single-story, wraparound extension to the side and rear. A new entranceway, now leads you through double, pocket doors into a large living space. Bifold doors, larch clad overhang and a frameless floating window give access to the established garden. A new utility and gym were also created at the property.
